For items that are in stock, estimated delivery times are detailed below. However, please note that some of our products are constructed to order, so the delivery times quoted are on top of the manufacturing time.

We use a number of different delivery options. Smaller and flat packed units are delivered by a courier company, we are usually able to give a day for delivery (Monday to Friday) but not a time. All items will require a signature on receipt.
Larger and complete units are sent via a pallet delivery company. A standard pallet can be up to 1.2m x 1.5m x 2.2m high depending on the item. They are delivered as a complete package by the pallet handler using a pallet truck. The delivery driver can only deliver onto a flat hard surface close to a main road (a 7.5 tonne curtain sided lorry is typical). They cannot be moved over grass, gravel or steps. The delivery driver is unable to open packages and may require some assistance from yourself during the offloading process.
Very large buildings are usually delivered via our own transport. Items are grouped for delivery within the same area to reduce the cost to you, so may take a little longer. Again the delivery driver can only deliver to kerbside because of the weight and size of some buildings.
